On June 29th, we headed north to Cardston, Alberta, Canada. We went up for the Jim and Hazel Tanner Family Reunion. This is Monte's Grandma and Grandpa, as well as all of their kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids! It was a lot of fun. There were many events and contests... The Amazing Race, "Survivor" type challenges, Tanner Idol, Rook Tournament, and a Tanner Fun Run. There was lots of food, great conversation, awesome prizes, and many memorable moments!
The fun began with face painting by Aunt Jenn. She's quite talented so the line was long for face painting. Jimmy couldn't wait, so Melissa worked on the Batman Mask. Not quite as nice, but it is hard to paint a 3 year old's face while he's moving around!
Lots of fun & cute crafts for the kids to do! It was Macy's favorite hang out. If you couldn't find her, she was probably in the back of the room at the craft tables!
And Aunt Kim was in charge of the games for the kids. We especially enjoyed the last game called "Torture the Adults". Brandon and Tiffany were kind enough to volunteer, although they had no idea WHAT they were agreeing to!
